HDRB&B’s Real Estate Department represents clients in a wide array of real estate transactions, leases, and subdivision development. We have extensive experience representing developers in land use and property acquisition projects, as well as landlords in lease negotiations and tenant disputes. We have particular expertise in guiding complicated residential and commercial real estate development projects to fruition, from negotiating sales agreements and obtaining necessary zoning and land use approvals to finalizing leases and construction contracts. HDRB&B’s Private Lending Group represents private and institutional lenders in secured commercial real estate transactions. Our clients rely on us to provide creative and pragmatic solutions to complex transactions. Our team has extensive experience in every transaction stage, from acquisition through disposition and has closed more than 30,000 transactions totaling over $7.5 billion in loans. We represent lenders in debt restructuring transactions, often involving numerous properties in multiple states. Leveraging our deep relationships with financial institutions in NY and NJ, we are able to provide unique representation to private lenders in procuring secured lines of credit, sales of loan portfolios and loan workouts.
