Nathan J. Seifert is a Partner in HDRB&B’s Trusts & Estates Department. Nathan represents clients in a wide range of matters including estate and tax planning, special needs planning, estate administration, trust administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formation and corporate counseling.

Nathan is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to graduating from Seton Hall, Nathan served as an Income Tax Specialist for the Center for Social Justice in the IRS affiliated Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA). While participating in the VITA program, he prepared and reviewed tax returns to maximize tax savings and to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

Nathan also served as a law clerk for the Office of General Counsel at Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. During his time with Mercedes-Benz, Nathan assisted General Counsel in the areas of Patent and Copyright Enforcement as well as Lemon Law defense.

In 2008, Nathan served as a judicial intern in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Special Civil Part, for the Honorable Michael P. Wright. While clerking for Judge Wright, Nathan reviewed pleadings, drafted briefs and memoranda of law and assisted with mediation.
