The Honorable Peter J. Melchionne (Ret.) is renowned for his exceptional expertise in dispute resolution, arbitration, and matrimonial and family law consultation. With an illustrious career spanning over 15 years as a Family Court Judge, including a prominent role as the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County, Judge Melchionne has been instrumental in resolving thousands of complex divorce and family law matters, including cases involving domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect.

Judge Melchionne graduated with honors from Seton Hall University Law School in 1983, following the completion of his degree in Economics from Seton Hall University in 1979.
