Kelly A. Zampino is a Partner in HDRB&B’s Litigation and White-Collar Criminal Defense Departments. She represents both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigations, in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute forums. Kelly focuses her practice on trust and estate litigations, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes and breach of fiduciary duty actions.

Kelly received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University. Before joining HDRB&B, Kelly clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Wilson on the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.

Kelly is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also is a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.
