Jeremy B. Stein is a Partner in HDRB&B’s Litigation and White-Collar Criminal Defense Departments.  Jeremy represents clients in complex commercial litigation, closely-held business disputes and business divorce, business torts, class action defense, healthcare litigation, government investigations and white-collar prosecutions, and restrictive covenant and employment matters.  Jeremy also frequently represents clients in trusts and estates litigation, including will contests, actions for breach of fiduciary duty, trustee removal, and accounting proceedings.  Jeremy practices regularly in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Jeremy brings an aggressive and sophisticated approach to a broad range of cases, including mid-size litigations that often require flexible strategies in order to achieve clients’ goals.
