HDRB&B welcomes Jessica Franklin to the firm’s Private Lending Group. Jessica focuses her practice on private lending, commercial real estate transactions, and strategic advisory work for developers, builders, and investors throughout Florida and will be based in the firm’s new Miami office.

Jessica represents private lenders in real estate-secured transactions, including acquisition, development, and construction financing. She also advises developers, builders, and investors on a broad range of business and commercial real estate matters, including sophisticated lending transactions, development agreements, construction matters, and day-to-day business advisory issues.
Prior to joining HDRB&B, Jessica served as Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where she advised developers, construction companies, and other stakeholders on real estate development and construction matters throughout Florida, including projects in the hospitality and senior living sectors.
