Thomas H. Przybylowski is a Senior Associate in HDRB&B’s Litigation Department, where he represents individuals, businesses, and institutional investors in commercial and securities litigation. His practice covers contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, contested business buyouts, and securities fraud class actions. Thomas also handles white-collar matters, regulatory investigations, and appeals.

Thomas takes the time to learn what each client wants to achieve, then builds a strategy that accounts for both the financial and personal stakes of the dispute. He has handled every phase of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations, and has presented oral argument in state and federal court.

Prior to joining HDRB&B, Thomas served as Associate at Pomerantz LLP, where he represented institutional and individual investors in securities fraud class actions in U.S. federal courts and abroad. He also worked as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, representing public and private companies, hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment managers in a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Thomas is deeply committed to pro bono and volunteer work, particularly with Sanctuary for Families which honored him with its “Above & Beyond Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy” for his work helping a survivor of domestic violence in a child custody matter, and the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD).
