Simone Sebastian is a Partner in HDRB&B’s Private Lending Group. Simone represents private lenders in real estate secured transactions. Prior to joining HDRB&B, Simone represented secured creditors on a broad range of issues stemming from defaulted loans, including title clearance, preserving lien priority and pursuing surplus funds. In that role, she acted as designated counsel to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Additionally, Simone counseled both institutional and private clients on a variety of real estate litigation matters including boundary line disputes, land use applications and quiet title actions.

Simone received her B.A. from Rutgers University and earned her J.D. at Widener University Delaware Law School. Simone served as a legal intern to the Honorable Victor J. Ashrafi (Ret.) in the Somerset vicinage civil division.
