Henry Sanchez is an Associate in HDRB&B’s Private Lending Group. Henry is an experienced transactional attorney in commercial real estate transactions. He represents private lenders in real estate secured transactions, including acquisition and construction loans. Henry is dedicated to providing his clients with the speed, accuracy and creative problem solving demanded by the fast-paced private lending industry.
Henry previously practiced as a civil litigator where he represented established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation defending claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury and professional liability.
Henry also served as law clerk to the Honorable John J. Langan Jr. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, Law Division.
