Amanda M. McDermott is an Associate in HDRB&B’s Matrimonial & Family Law Department. Amanda represents clients across a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, and the drafting and negotiation of marital agreements. Prior to joining HDRB&B, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Mark T. Janeczko, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Hackensack, NJ.

Amanda received her B.A. cum laude from Northeastern University and earned her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Rutgers Law School.
