We are excited to announce that Kelly A. Zampino has been named HDRB&B’s Chief Operating Officer and Chair of the Trusts & Estates Litigation Department. As Chief Operating Officer, Kelly will continue to work alongside Managing Partner Paul S. Doherty, III, Partner Naim D. Bulbulia, and CFO Erica Rivera to manage the firm’s day-to-day operations and spearhead strategic initiatives.

As Chair of the Trusts & Estates Litigation Department, Kelly will continue to lead the firm’s robust litigation practice in New Jersey’s and New York’s Surrogate’s Courts. The firm’s Trusts & Estates Litigation Practice encompasses the full spectrum of trusts and estates and related litigation, including will contests, accounting actions, removal of fiduciaries, capacity challenges, disputes over non-probate assets, undue influence cases, matters related to powers of attorney, and guardianship litigation.

Kelly also represents both individual and corporate clients in complex business litigation matters in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and contract disputes.
Kelly has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America®” for Commercial Litigation and named to “New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Stars” for Estate & Trust Litigation for five consecutive years. Bergen Magazine has repeatedly recognized her among its “Top Lawyers” in Commercial Litigation, and 201 Magazine has featured her in its “Top Lawyers” list for Trusts & Estates, Wills & Probate.
Kelly received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University. Before joining HDRB&B, she clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Wilson on the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
