We are thrilled to announce that Viviana Torres has joined Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia LLP as an Associate in our Employment Law and Trusts & Estates Departments. She provides support on estate administration, estate planning and all aspects of elder law.
In her employment practice, Viviana focuses on counseling employers on hiring and firing decisions, drafting employment and separation agreements, and employee handbooks that comply with both state and federal law.
Viviana earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and received her B.A., cum laude, in Crime & Justice from Albright College. Viviana is fluent in Spanish.
