We are thrilled to announce that Joseph J. Lincoln, II has joined Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia LLP as an Associate in our Employment Law and Trusts & Estates Departments. Joe assists with all aspects of estate preparation, administration and probate ensuring that assets are properly disbursed and managed according to the client’s wishes.
In his Employment practice, Joe focuses on drafting employment handbooks and agreements that comply with both state and federal law.
Joseph earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he focused on Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Sports Law. He also holds an M.S. in Sports Business, with distinction, from New York University, and a B.A. in Digital Media, summa cum laude, from Rider University.
