We are excited to announce that Janel Alania has been named Partner in HDRB&B’s Litigation Department. Janel focuses her practice on business litigation, representing individual and corporate clients in complex commercial matters, closely held business disputes, and business divorce. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trusts and estates litigation, including will contests and actions for breach of fiduciary duty and practices in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, and in national arbitration forums.
