Marc Adelman is an accomplished corporate attorney focusing on corporate and commercial transactions, business formation and stakeholder agreements, and other general counsel services, including contracts, financings, investments, and equity positions. Along with those corporate legal skills and his additional experience in both business management and employment law, Marc provides unique guidance to allow businesses to run efficiently and expertly while establishing appropriate business relationships, operations, and guidelines.
Marc is also highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution, serving as an arbitrator and mediator. He provides fair and effective arbitration services to resolve complex disputes encompassing employment issues, business relationships, commercial transactions, and financial matters.
Before joining HDRB&B and establishing his private practice, Adelman Law, P.C., and his business management consultancy, Executive Partner Group, Marc held notable positions that underscore his distinctive and varied career trajectory. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of The 100 Mile Group, a renowned brand incubator and strategic marketing company. Prior to that, Marc held a distinguished 13-year tenure as a Director in Citigroup’s Global Securitized Products (GSP) division. He began his legal career as a securitization attorney at the prestigious law firm of Mayer Brown & Platt.
Marc earned his J.D. cum laude from the New York University School of Law and received an A.B. with distinction from The University of Michigan.
