Jeffrey S. Davis is a Partner in HDRB&B’s Corporate Department. As a seasoned corporate lawyer, Jeff has extensive experience representing companies, private equity firms, family businesses and individuals in a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures, and in drafting and negotiating a breadth of business agreements for clients in various industries including consumer products, technology and services. Jeff regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters including corporate formation, corporate governance, and securities law issues.

Jeff received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.  Jeff started his career at Kaye Scholer LLP (now Arnold Porter Kaye Scholer LLP) and most recently was counsel at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP.

Representative Matters & Transactions

  • Represented a leading provider of radiation detection, and monitoring equipment and services for the nuclear power, military, medical, specialized markets in multiple transactions including a stock acquisition of a leading supplier of calibration and measurement technologies for nuclear medicine applications.
  • Represented one of the largest ridesharing companies in multiple acquisition transactions and regulatory matters.
  • Represented a major New Jersey based long-term care pharmacy in the sale of substantially all of its assets to a nationwide long-term care pharmacy.
  • Represented a specialized security doors manufacturer and distributor in its approximately $25 million sale of substantially all of its assets to a United Kingdom based company.
  • Represented a retail clothing manufacturer in a sale of substantially all of its product lines.
  • Represented an investor in connection with an equity investment, and acquisition of a majority ownership interest in a regional food distributor.
