Jeffrey S. Jeff has significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and private placements, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of sophisticated business and commercial agreements. His practice spans a broad range of industries, including consumer products, technology, software, healthcare, transportation and manufacturing. Jeff’s transactional experience includes representing Mirion Technologies, a publicly held global provider of radiation measurement and monitoring technologies, in a series of acquisitions and divestitures involving different business lines and Propeller Inc. in its sale to Omnicom Health Group, advising one of the largest ride-sharing companies on multiple acquisitions and regulatory matters, and negotiating a cross-border sale of a specialized security door manufacturer to a leading UK–based global security products and solutions provider, . These engagements reflect Jeff’s ability to navigate complex deal structures, manage multi-party negotiations, and advance the strategic objectives of both established and emerging companies.
