Claudia Lechtman

Marketing Director

Claudia Lechtman has over 30 years of experience as a marketing and business strategist, including 12 years in legal marketing. Claudia works closely with HDRB&B’s attorneys and leadership team to help drive revenue growth, increase client engagement and support attorney business development efforts while providing relevant and meaningful marketing and communications strategies. In addition to positioning HDRB&B’s brand to align with the Firm’s core values, Claudia has implemented new marketing technologies including a redesigned website and web analytics, segmented database and improved client communications to better service and reach clients.

Claudia leverages her decades of experience driving marketing and business development initiatives across multiple verticals to help lawyers and law firms level up. Prior to her career in legal marketing, Claudia held positions in product management for entertainment and publishing giants Macmillan and Columbia House. As the Marketing Director for Columbia House’s Movie Clubs, her team launched one of the very first e-commerce sites on the web.

Claudia graduated from Syracuse University with a dual major in Marketing and Retail Management and holds a certificate in Direct Marketing from New York University. She is a member of Women Owned Law and former co-chair of the Northern New Jersey Steering Committee. She is also involved in the the Legal Marketing Association and the Legal Resource Network.
