Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia LLC, a New Jersey based full-service law firm with offices in Hackensack, Short Hills, Suffern, NY and New York City, specializing in complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal prosecutions, government investigations, class action defense, employment law counseling & litigation, corporate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, land use & municipal law, trusts & estates planning, estate litigation, and matrimonial law, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Litigation Department.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience practicing with a focus on commercial litigation and/or trusts and estates litigation;
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York;
- State court or federal court clerkship;
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Senior Associate: Litigation

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- 5 to 8 years’ or more experience practicing with a focus on commercial litigation and/or trusts and estates litigation;
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York;
- State court or federal court clerkship;
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills;
- Experience managing litigation;
- Experience appearing in court, taking depositions, and interfacing with clients preferred;
- Trial experience a plus.
Associate: Local Government & Land Use

Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia LLC, a New Jersey based full-service law firm with offices in Hackensack, Short Hills, Suffern, NY and New York City, specializing in complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal prosecutions, government investigations, class action defense, employment law counseling & litigation, corporate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, land use & municipal law, trusts & estates planning, estate litigation, and matrimonial law, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the Local Government and Land Use Practice Group.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience practicing with a focus on land use and/or municipal law;
- Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar;
- Experience with property tax appeals would be an asset;
- Prepare correspondence, experience with appearances on behalf of municipal bodies and land use boards preferred;
- Strong applicant would be comfortable meeting with clients and appearing before municipal entities;
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Heavy concentration on Motion preparation.
