Matthew Reynolds is a Senior Associate in HDRB&B’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and the conduct of anti-corruption investigations and due diligence efforts for global clients. Matthew also has significant experience with products liability, bankruptcy, and white-collar criminal defense litigation. He handles matters involving complex cross-border litigations, individual actions in state and federal court, domestic and international arbitrations, and internal company investigations.
Matthew is skilled in all phases of litigation, including formal investigations, discovery, depositions, pleadings, dispositive motions and other motion practice, jury trial, and appeal. In addition, Matthew maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on voting rights, prisoner rights, and immigration litigation.
Before joining HDRB&B, Matthew was an Associate in the Litigation Department of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York.
