Jennifer A. Cacchioli is an Associate in HDRB&B’s Litigation Department. Jennifer represents corporate and individual clients in a broad range of business litigation in the federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining HDRB&B, Jennifer was a litigation associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, with a focus on insurance coverage and construction matters. In addition, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Bergen County.

Jennifer received her B.A. from Fordham University and earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was the Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. During law school, Jennifer served as a judicial intern for the U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer and was a student attorney in the Equal Justice Clinic at Seton Hall Law School’s Center for Social Justice.
