Jay H. Ganatra is an Associate in HDRBB’s Litigation Department. He effectively represents both corporate clients and closely held businesses in a wide range of complex commercial litigation actions, including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.

Prior to joining HDRBB, Jay served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, P.J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and practiced complex commercial litigation at Haworth Rossman & Gertsman, LLC.

Jay received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University. While attending Rutgers Law School, Jay served as an Executive Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Jay was also a member of the Rutgers Law School Constitutional Rights Clinic, and served as an intern for the Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
