Robert L. Mulligan
Mr. Mulligan has practiced law since 1968. He advises large and small businesses on all aspects of their operations and often acts as their outside general counsel. Bob works with clients to facilitate their objectives, assisting them with business negotiations, strategies for avoiding and settling disputes, protecting their assets and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Mulligan has extensive experience with negotiating and drafting contracts and regularly advises his clients regarding employment issues, complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, hotel franchising and licensing agreements, discount brokers and aviation matters.
Mr. Mulligan formerly served as Vice President and Bank Counsel for United Jersey Bank, Vice President and General Counsel for United Jersey Mortgage Company, Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel for a major hotel company that specialized in acquisition, construction, management and sale lease-back of hotels. More recently, Bob was a partner in two private law firms.
