Matthew Reynolds is a senior associate in HDRBB’s Litigation department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation as well as the conduct of anti-corruption investigations and due diligence efforts for global clients. He also has significant experience with products liability, bankruptcy, and white-collar criminal defense litigation.  He has worked on complex cross-border litigations, individual actions in state and federal court, domestic and international arbitrations, and internal company investigations.

Matthew has participated in all phases of litigation, including formal investigations, discovery, depositions, pleadings, dispositive motions and other motion practice, jury trial, and appeal. He has also researched and drafted briefs on a wide range of legal issues. Matthew maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on voting rights, prisoner rights, and immigration litigation.

Before joining the firm, Matthew was an associate in the litigation department of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York.
