(River Edge, NJ; January 3, 2016) Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia, LLC (“HDRBB”), a law firm based in River Edge, New Jersey, is pleased to announce that it recently added four attorneys and two staff members to its Short Hills, NJ and New York City offices. The firm now employs a total of 25 attorneys who focus on the following practice areas: commercial litigation, criminal defense, corporate law, real estate, trusts and estates, and family law.
Robert Goldenberg, Esq. joined HDRBB as a partner in the firm’s Short Hills and New York City offices. Mr. Goldenberg, who is admitted in New York and New Jersey, leads a team that includes Karen Krause, Esq., who works in the firm’s Short Hills office, and paralegal Daniel Brown, who works in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Goldenberg, Ms. Krause and Mr. Brown assist commercial lenders with the closing of real estate loans in New York and New Jersey. They were formerly affiliated with the New York office of Eaton & Van Winkle.
Heather Adelman, Esq. joined HDRBB as a partner in the firm’s Short Hills and New York City offices. Ms. Adelman counsels employers and employees on a broad range of workplace and employment-related matters, including federal and state harassment and discrimination laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), wage and hour laws, proper classification of employees and independent contractors, hiring and firing, and performance management. Ms. Adelman also drafts employment agreements and separation agreements, addressing issues such as executive compensation, restrictive covenants, and other terms of employment. Prior to joining HDRBB, Ms. Adelman practiced employment law at DLA Piper.
Bruce Feffer, Esq. joined HDRBB as a partner in the firm’s New York City office. Mr. Feffer, who has practiced law in New York for 30 years, advises corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals on a wide range of issues related to real estate and corporate law. Mr. Feffer has devoted his entire career to representing clients from China, Hong Kong and the Asian-American community. Mr. Feffer is assisted in this practice by Ms. Dan “Bessie” Zhang, who is a native of China and certified by the New York court system as a Chinese interpreter.
